Selected residences in Victorian Gardens are certified as affordable income housing by the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs (DCA), the state agency responsible for establishing and monitoring municipal affordable housing obligations in New Jersey.
Each apartment home includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, carpeting or hardwood floors and central air conditioning. Amenities include an outdoor swimming pool and laundry facility and 24-hour emergency maintenance.
