Luxury Apartments Exceed 90% Leased Milestone

TAMPA, Fla. (April 9, 2026) – Construction is now complete at New Tampa Palms in Tampa, with the final apartment building delivered and the community exceeding 90% leased. The Garden Communities Florida development comprises 402 luxury rental residences along with a full complement of state-of-the-art lifestyle amenities.
