Garden Communities Introduces 260 Luxury Rentals, Lifestyle Amenities

TRUMBULL, Conn. (April 27, 2023) – With construction progressing on schedule for a summer 2023 delivery, pre-leasing is underway at Garden Communities’ The Residences at Main in Trumbull. The luxury rental community features 260 apartments complemented by a host of lifestyle amenities.
A temporary on-site leasing office is now open and meeting prospects by appointment. The Residences at Main’s location at 5085 Main Street gives it a significant market advantage, according to Garden Communities’ Eli Pechthold, director of development.
