TECH KNEW EXACT SOURCE OF MY PROBLEM AND WAS IN/OUT IN 5 MINUTES. I WAS UNDER THE BELIEF THAT BOTH OF THE BB HEATERS IN MY LIVING AREA WERE CONTROLLED BY MY WALL THERMOSTAT. HE QUICKLY POINTED OUT THAT THE SMALLER OF THE TWO WAS MANUALLY CONTROLLED LIKE THE SMALL ONE IN MY BATHROOM. I FEALT LIKE SUCH A FOOL..........

My request and my feedbacks/ and things that need to be done was not taken cared right away, I did my part on telling the staff the things that need to be done. Eventually it was taken cared for, which I appreciated it. It takes two to Tango right!!!!! It is an ongoing process of knowing both sides. Thank you, and I hope the Butler staff will continue to get things right to have a customer satisfaction...
