Within 2 hours of calling management about completely defrosted food that was in my freezer, maintenance came and determined it was beyond repair and I had a new one put in.I was very impressed with the immediate attention and efficiency of it all.Even my friends were impressed at how quickly I was able to get it.was able to save most of my refrigerated items also.
